In the process of production, storage, transportation and use the leaking, it was easy to cause combustion, explosion and poisoning accidents, and cause casualties and regional pollution. How to dispose of such accidents as soon as possible, strengthen the emergency rescue technology research, to save lives and minimize disasters losses, was a very important topic.
