摘要
对购买的一种虫茶进行SD大鼠胃损伤预防效果评价。通过动物模型分析,研究其胃损伤的预防效果。通过酶联免疫法测定各组大鼠血清中IL-6和TNF-α细胞因子水平,观察到1000 mg/kg灌胃浓度的虫茶组大鼠的IL-6和TNF-α细胞因子水平低于低浓度组和对照组。通过解剖观察到1 000 mg/kg灌胃浓度的虫茶(90.8%胃损伤抑制率)具有最强的胃损伤抑制效果。并且观察大鼠的胃液量和胃液pH值,发现1 000 mg/kg灌胃组大鼠的胃液分泌量和pH值分别低于和高于低浓度组和对照组。实验中,高浓度灌胃浓度的虫茶具有更强的胃损伤抑制效果。综合分析得出,一定浓度的虫茶具有良好的胃损伤预防效果。
The gastric injury preventive effect of a sandy tea on SD-rat was evaluated. An animal model was analyzed in order to study the gastric injury preventive effect. In a cytokine assay of serum, the IL-6 and TNF-α cytokine level in each group of rats was tested and it was observed that the sandy tea administration concentration of 1000 mg/kg group' s IL-6 and TNF-α level were lower than that of the low concentration group and that of the control group. By anatomy, it was observed that 1000 mg/kg administration sandy tea group rats (75% inhibition rates) showed the best gastric injury inhibitory effect. The gastric juice secretion and pH were checked, 1000 mg/kg administration sandy tea group rats showed higher gastric juice secretion and lower pH compared to low concentration groups and control group. In this study, the high concentration administration sandy tea showed better inhibitory effect on gastric injury. These results suggest that sandy tea showed good gastric injury preventive effect.
