摘要 经MTT法和中性红吞饮法研究了卵黄高磷蛋白(PVS)对RAW264.7细胞生长及其吞饮作用的影响。研究结果表明,在0-100μg/mL浓度范围内,PVS(或与LPS共培养)可促进RAW264.7细胞增殖,PVS可提高RAW264.7细胞吞饮中性红的能力,但与LPS共作用时,却几乎未能使细胞的吞饮能力发生改变;细胞形态显微观察结果表明PVS明显抑制LPS诱导的巨噬细胞的活化。以上两方面结果表明PVS对RAW264.7巨噬细胞吞饮能力的影响呈双向调节作用。 The objective was to investigate the effects of phosvitin (PVS) on the growth and pinocytosis of RAW264.7 cell by MTF assay and neutral red. Exposure of RAW 264.7 cells to 0-100 μg/mL of PVS significantly promoted their proliferation in the presence or absence of LPS. When cultured with PVS in the absence of LPS, RAW264.7 ceils pinocytosis of neutral red was significantly improved; but in the presence of LPS this ability was inhibited and produced antagonism. PVS significantly inhibited LPS-induced macrophage activation according to the analysis of microscope. It is suggested that the impacts of PVS on the pinocytosis capacity of RAW264.7 cell shows a two-way adjustment.
