摘要
番茄红素的提取方法主要包括直接粉碎法、有机溶剂浸提法、超声波提取法、微波提取法、发酵法、超临界流体萃取法以及化学合成法和酶反应法等。本文介绍了番茄红素的天然分布、理化性质及生理功能,并就目前番茄红素提取的常用工艺作一简要综述。
The main extraction processes for lycopene are direct pulverization, organic solvent extraction, ultrasonic extraction, microwave extraction, supercritical fluid extraction, chemical synthetic and enzyme reaction methods.This article was a perspective study on lycopene's natural occurrence, physieochemieal properties, physiological functions, and the popular ways of extraction for lycopene was reviewed.
