综述蓝莓的营养成分与保健功能,并对其营养成分的影响因素加以总结,为其在食品领域中进一步开发利用,提供参考。
The nutritional components and health function of blueberry. The factors that influrenced the active components of blueberry are summarized in this paper to provide some references for the further development and utilization of blueberry in food industry.
