甘蔗亲本评价研究(Ⅰ)——浅析育种选择第2阶段试验

Studies of Sugarcane Parent Evaluation (Ⅰ)——Preliminary Analysis of Stage 2 Trail for Sugarcane Seedling Populations

以2010年选种圃试验结果为例,对育种选择中相关亲本和组合进行初步分析的结果表明,通过继续开展第2阶段试验,就入选后代数量而言,24个母本中粤糖92-1287的后代入选比例最高,超过1/3,且该母本与父本粤糖93-159这一特定组合的遗传效应在当中所占比例又已接近1/2;在农艺性状方面,CP94-1100做为父本,其入选后代11月的平均田间锤度超过对照品种,其中又以组合粤糖92-1287×CP94-1100表现较优。此外,无论是从双亲分析,还是从组合分析,或从入选单系来看,这些杂交后代在分蘖率、茎径和有效茎数上都优于3个生产对照品种,而田间锤度则可认为至少与ROC22相当,但在株高方面则明显与之存在一定差距。本阶段试验结果与实生苗阶段不尽相同。

Parents and crosses evaluation in stage 2 trail for sugarcane seedling populations was carried out in this paper using the data of selection trial in Zhanjiang in 2010. The results showed that as far as the percentage of the progenies being selected was concerned, YT92-1287 had a better performance than the other female parents with the percentage 50%, and performed best when it was crossed with YT93-159; The progenies of CP94-1100, which was crossed as the male parents especially with YT92-1287, had a higher field brix in November than those of the other male parents. However, the stalk length of these progenies was obviously shorter than that of the check variety ROC22 although they had the same value as or higher one than that of the three check ones in such characters as tillering rate, field brix, stalk diameter and stalk number. The result of this stage 2 trail was not all consistent with that of the last year＇s seedling populations one.
