不同基因型甘蔗氮磷钾积累与利用研究 被引量:8

摘要 选取广西区内推广种植的3种基因型甘蔗:粤糖00-236、粤糖55、桂糖02-901,研究NPK在不同基因型甘蔗上的积累和利用。结果表明:在当年低温干旱的影响下,3个品种的产量均受到了影响,但粤糖55各项指标都显著高于其他2个品种。产量的高低与养分积累有直接的关系,因此分析NPK在各部位的含量及积累。NPK在3个品种各部位的含量数据间差异并不大,不同品系间分布规律有所差异,N和K对产量的影响较为显著。甘蔗生长过程中养分逐步积累,最终在蔗茎中的积累量粤糖55仍然最高。养分积累量的高低与养分利用有关,因此养分的利用率是决定最终产量和品质的关键。比较3个品种的养分利用率,粤糖55对NPK的利用率均高于其他2个品种。综合当地的气候条件与最终的结果说明粤糖55较为适合在这一蔗区种植。 Select three genotypes of sugarcane promoted in Guangxi: YT00-236, YT55, GT02-901 to study their nitrogen, phosphorous and potassium accumulation and utilization. The results showed that the production of the three varieties has been affected in the year of cold and dry, but the indicators of YT55 are significantly higher than those of the other two varieties. A direct relationship between the level of production and nutrient accumulation exists, therefore analysis of NPK content and their accumulation in various parts were analized. There was little difference in NPK content between the three varieties of different parts, and there was a little differences between distribution pattern among three genotypes of sugarcane. N and K have more significant impact on yield. YT55 got the most eventual accumulation of nutrients in the gradual accumulation during the sugarcane growing process. The level of nutrient accumulation was related to nutrient uptake, therefore nutrient utilization was the key to determine the final yield and quality. Comparing nutrient utilization of the three varieties, NPK utilization of YT55 were higher than those of the other two varieties. The end result showed that YT55 is more suitable for cultivation in this region with such local climatic conditions.
