摘要
利用磁致伸缩扭转导波技术对非铁磁性金属管道缺陷进行检测,探讨其可行性。鉴于不锈钢管在各种行业中得到普遍应用并发挥着极其重要作用,选取不锈钢管作为检测试验样本,以模拟不锈钢管存在的各种类型缺陷;利用研制的导波仪器和磁致伸缩传感器激发T(0,1)扭转导波,分别对各种类型缺陷管道进行测试。研究结果表明:使用磁致伸缩扭转导波技术可以有效地检测出非铁磁性金属管道中的各种缺陷。
Magnetostrictive torsinal guided wave technology is used to detect defects in a nonferromagneticmetal pipe with a view to judging its feasibility. As it is widely used and plays an important role in many industries, a stainless steel pipe was selected as a specimen in the experiment. The pipe with defects was tested by T(0,1) mode guided wave excited by using magnetostrictive transducer and guided wave instrument. The result indicates that magnetostrictive torsional guided wave technology can be used to test the non-ferromagnetic metal pipe with different defects effectively.
