摘要
为了研究海绵铁在改性过程中络合剂的种类对改性海绵铁除氧能力的影响,利用表征分析方法对添加不同络合剂造成改性海绵铁表面铜层形貌以及除氧能力差异的原因进行了分析。结果表明:镀液中添加酒石酸钾钠或羟基亚乙基二膦酸(HEDP)作为络合剂所得到的改性海绵铁除氧能力较好,表面铜含量较高。改性海绵铁除氧过程为反应控制过程,其除氧能力主要取决于其表面铜含量。海绵铁改性过程并未改变其孔道结构特征,仅增大了孔径和增加了表面的铜含量。
In order to investigate the effect of complexing agent categories on modified sponge iron de- oxygenization performance, this paper makes a characteristic analysis of the differences in the modified sponge iron copper film morphology and deoxygenization performance due to adding different categories complexing agent. The results show that the deoxygenization performance is better and the copper content of modified sponge iron is higher because of adding potassium sodium tartrate or HEDP which serves as eomplexing agent. Differences in the deoxygenization performance are related to different copper contents of the modified sponge iron as the process of modified sponge iron deoxygenization is that of reaction control. The structure of pore path is not changed in the process of modification except for an increase in pore size and copper content.
