摘要 对印度尼西亚油砂的组分、粒径分布及回收油性质进行分析,并寻找其适宜的油回收处理方法.结果表明,印尼油砂含油量较高(34.51%),其中胶质和沥青质含量较高,含水量很少,其结构亲近于亲油性油砂.在油回收处理上采用了两种方法:一种是热水洗涤法,分别使用水、碱水和各类表面活性剂水溶液对印尼油砂进行洗涤,发现使用质量分数为3%的表面活性剂配方7时效果最佳;另一种是有机溶剂萃取法,分别考察了正庚烷、甲苯、石油醚、碳十和煤油5种有机溶剂对油砂中油的萃取效果,发现碳十对印尼油砂的萃取效果相对较好. The composition, particle size and oil recovery of Indonesia oil sand were analyzed, to search the suitable processing method. The results show that oil content of Indonesian oil sand is higher, more colloid and bitumen content, less water content, and the characteristics of the structure is the oil wet sand. There are two methods for recovering petroleum resources, one is hot water washing. Using water, alkaline water and various types of surfactant on Indonesia oil sand, three percent mass fraction of surfactant formula seven was found to be better for the hot water washing, the other is solvent extraction method. The effect of various sol- vents including n-heptane, toluene, ligarine, carbon ten and kerosene on the extraction result were investiga- ted, and carbon ten was found to be better solvent for Indonesian oil sand.
