摘要
安钢4 747m3高炉采用了高炉煤气旋风除尘器、干法布袋除尘器、分区分段控制冷却强度的软水联合密闭循环冷却系统、烧结矿分级入炉、卡卢金顶燃式热风炉、煤气板式换热器等新技术。高炉炉底找平层以及高炉下部冷却壁与炉壳采用硅溶胶结合的自流式浇注料。通过这些新技术新材料的应用为实现高炉安全、长寿、环保、高效的目标奠定了基础。
Angang BF of 4 747m3 adopted new technologies such as coat gas cyclone dust collector, dry bag filter, jointed closed-loop soft water cooling system in which cooling strength is controlled by area and section, sintcred ore charging by classification, KALUGIN top combustion stove, coal gas plate heat ex- changer, and used free-running castable refractory combined with silica gel and collosol for the screed- coat bottom, the lower part of cooling stave and the furnace shell and so on. The application of new tech- nologies and new materials has laid a sound foundation for realizing the goal of safety, long life-span, en- vironment-friendly, high efficiency for the blast furnace.
