摘要
针对传统的镍含量测定方法操作时间长、准确度不高等特点,采用EDTA络合滴定法在pH为3~4时,以NH4F作掩蔽剂(锰含量大于6%加六偏磷酸钠直接测定)快速测定合金钢中镍的含量。此方法具有较好的选择性,不必预先分离,简便快速,结果准确、可靠。
In order to resolve the defects of the traditional method for measuring the nickel content in al- loy steel, such as long operation time and low accuracy, EDTA complexometric titration is taken with pH at 3-4, NH4F as a masking agent. But the nickel content may be measured directly by adding (NaPO3 )6when the content of Mn is higher than 6%. This method doesn't require pre-separation, has a good selectivity, and is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable.
