摘要
焦化厂使用的换热器很大一部分与水进行直接接触,器内流道结垢和附着的粘泥成为影响换热效率的一个主要问题。本文就利用改进的酸洗方式进行换热器清洗、提高换热器的效率,满足生产需求。
Most of heat exchangers used in coking plants directly contact water, so flow passage scaling and adhesion of sticky mud become a major problem of affecting heat transfer efficiency. This article introduces the cleaning of heat exchangers by using modified pickling process, which improves the efficiency of the heat exchanger and meets production demand.
