摘要
20g钢在轧制过程中易发生表面纵裂,对钢水中氧、氮含量和纯净度要求严格。研究了宣钢炼钢厂生产20g钢过程中各工序钢中全氧及氮含量的变化,夹杂物的种类及粒度分布,大型夹杂物的组成、分布及其来源。介绍了非稳态浇铸对铸坯洁净度的影响,使用示踪剂追踪了夹杂物的来源,并制定了改进措施,20g钢铸坯质量得到显著改善。
The longitudinal cracks on surface of 20g steel occur frequently, so the contents of oxygen and nitrogen in molten steel and its purity are very strict. It is studied the content change of total oxygen and nitrogen in different procedures of production of 20g steel, varieties of inclusion and distribution of grain size, composition and distribution of large - scale inclusion and its source. It is introduced the influence of unsteady casting on purity of casting blank, tracing the source of inclusion with tracer, some improving measures worked out, and the quality of 20g steel gets greatly improved.
