摘要
介绍了用氢氧化钠分离-硫酸铜返滴定法测定硅铝钡铁、硅铝钛、铝锰钛合金中铝的方法,适用于铝含量为20%~80%的样品分析。主要操作:试样以酸溶解后,加入过量氢氧化钠使镁、铁、锰等干扰离子生成氢氧化物沉淀,过滤分离。加入过量EDTA配位与铝络合,用硫酸铜滴定过量EDTA,加氟化钠置换出与铝络合的EDTA,再用硫酸铜进行滴定置换出的EDTA。该方法操作简单、快捷、成本低、分析结果重复性好,能满足钢铁企业工业生产快速分析需求。
It is introduced the determination of aluminum content in alloys such as Fe - Si - Al - Ba, Si - Al - Ti, Al - Mn - Ti with method of sodium hydrate separation - copper sulfate back titration. It is suitable for samples with aluminium content of 20 to 80 percent. Main operations are : dissolving sample with acid, then enough NaOH being put into to turn interfering ions such as Mg, Fe and Mn into depositions, then filtering, adding excessive EDTA to complex with Al, using CuSO4 to titrate excessive EDTA, using NaF to substitute complexed EDTA, then CuSO4 is used again to titrate substituted EDTA. This method is simple, fast, with low cost and good repeatability, and can meet the demand for fast analysis of industrial production in iron and steel businesses.
