摘要
研究了莱钢1 500 mm热轧带钢生产线控冷系统存在的问题。对层流冷却设备和控制模型进行优化,改善了带钢表面存在斑点、花纹颜色不均等质量问题;提高了模型设定的准确性和灵活性,为新产品的开发奠定了坚实基础。
It is researched the problems in the controlled cooling system of 1 500 mm hot - rolling strip steel line of Lai Steel. The laminar cooling equipments and control model are optimized, the quality problems of surface pimple and uneven color are improved, accuracy and flexibility of model setting improved, and a foundation for development of new products is laid.
