摘要
针对宣钢3#高炉炉容由1 350 m3扩到2 000 m3后,炉前设备存在的问题进行了探讨。通过对开口机、泥炮和液压站进行改造,凿岩机更换时间由2 h缩短到20 min,使用寿命由1个月延长到8个月;挤泥、翻泥及电气控制系统故障彻底解决,满足了宣钢高炉生产的需要,为今后高炉炉前设备改造和故障处理提供了可靠的模式,具有很好地推广应用价值。
It is discussed the problems in the cast house equipments of 3# blast furnace after it was expanded from 1 350 to 2 000 m3. With reformation of iron notch drill, mud gang and hydraulic station, the exchange time of rock drill is shortened from 2 hours to 20 minutes, its working life prolonged from 1 to 8 months, the breakdowns in mud extrusion, mud stirring and electric control system are thoroughly solved.
