摘要
针对承钢当前低压氮气消耗量逐渐增加的现状,利用闲置的2台15 000 m3/h阿特拉斯空压机,通过调整参数直接制取低压氮气。同时对氮压机套开方式进行了优化,实现了中、低压氮气分供,有效降低了电耗。
To meet the increasing requirement for low -pressure nitrogen, two unused 15 000 m3/h Atlas air compressors are used to make low - pressure nitrogen with its parameters adjusted. At the same time the complex operation way is optimized to realize separately feeding medium and low pressure nitrogen and so the electricity consumption effectively reduced.
