摘要 控制器是电动车的核心部件,其质量的好坏直接影响电动车的整体性能,针对其特点给出一种适用于电动车控制器在线自动检测系统的设计方案与实现方法。该测试系统是由一个智能测试设备和一套运行于个人计算机上的控制分析软件组成。给出了智能测试设备的结构组成与电路实现,设计出被测控制器提供各类测试条件的控制电路以及从被测控制器读取结果的各类测量电路。同时也详细介绍了控制分析软件的开发。 The controller is a core component of electric vehicles. Its quality has direct influence on the performance of electric vehicles. In view of its characteristics, a design and implementation scheme of on-line automatic test system suitable for controller is offered. The test system is composed of an intelligent testing equipment and a control analysis software running on personal computer. The control circuit, which provides all kinds of testing control conditions for the controller under test, and all sorts of measured circuits, which read the results from the controller under test, were designed. The structure and circuit of the intelligence test equipment are given in this paper. The development status of the control analysis software is also introduced in detail.
