新型聚脲涂层的制备及性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 以HDI三聚体的预聚物作为异氰酸酯组分,自制的聚天冬氨酸酯和亚甲基双邻氯苯胺(MOCA)作为胺组分制备聚脲弹性体。根据加入扩链剂(MOCA)的含量不同,制得不同的聚脲弹性体涂层,并对其作拉伸、硬度和附着力性能测试。试验结果表明,根据实际情况调整扩链剂的用量,可制备出不同性能的涂层;耐介质性测试结果表明,聚脲涂层具有良好的耐盐水性。 A polyurea elastomer was prepared using the prepolymer of HDI trimer as the isocyanate component,the self-made polyaspartates and methylene-bis-o-ehloroaniline ( MOCA ) as the amine component. Based on the different of the content of the chain extender( MOCA ), different coating of polyurea elastomer were prepared, and their tensile, hardness and adhesion were tested respectively. The results showed that the coatings with different properties ean be prepared by adjusting showed that polyurea coating had good sal the dosage of chain extender according to the different actual needs. It t-water resistance by medium resistance test.
