摘要 通过脂肪族环氧树脂与聚硅氧烷缩聚反应制得环氧改性有机硅树脂,这种创新的化学结构具有独特的物理性能,可作为耐久性基料用于防护涂料。使用了这种新型的环氧有机硅的涂料体系,仅需单层面漆就足以保护富锌底漆,因而可以缩短施工时间,减少过度喷涂,大大简化了维护保养工艺,此外,减少涂装次数与过度喷涂还可避免70%的溶剂挥发。 By reaction belween aliphatie epoxy resin and polysilnxane, epoxy modified silicone resin can be made. This new resin could offer unique physical properties, could be used for long time durable binder for protective coalings. By applying this new epoxy modified silicone binder in coatings formulation, only one layer of top coat could protect wery well the zinc-rich basecoat, so that it is possible to save applicalion time, minimize over spray, and also simplify a great deal the prolection and maintenance process, what's more, by reduction of the times of application and also over spray, 70% of solvent evaporation could be avoided, when compared to conventional application.
