摘要
文中以福建四通物流为研究对象,运用五力模型对其竞争环境进行了分析,指出该企业面临着巨大的竞争压力,必须在提高物流水平上做出改进。并调查获取了企业顾客所期望的物流服务水平,通过层次分析法构建三个层次的物流指标体系,运用质量功能展开(QFD)的方法,结合企业的实际情况对其物流功能要素提出相关的改进意见。并为第三方物流企业在今后的发展过程中,如何实现顾客满意的物流服务水平提供了方法支持。
This article, which studys on Fujian Sitong Logistics, using five forces model analysis in its competitive environment, noting that enterprises are facing tremendous competitive pressure, must be made in raising the level of improvement of the logistics. The author investigates customers' expecting access to the enterprise's providing logistics level services, uses three levels of hierarchy analysis to index system of logistics, and also uses the Quality Function Deployment method, then, combined with the actual situation of enterprises elements of its logistics functions related to make relevant improvements. It also gives the third - party logistics enterprises a supporting method which is aim to provide customers' satisfied level of logistcs service in the course of their future development.
