冷链产品质量控制是冷链物流体系的一个重点问题,文中从冷链产品的界定出发,在总结冷链产品特性的基础上,结合量化的方法,对冷链产品的质量控制在PLM的平台上进行了指标分解及系统构建。在对冷链产品质量的控制的过程中,结合产品生命周期的基本流程从新的视角对质量控制问题进行的全面的分析与论述,为冷链产品质量控制提供了一个完整的处理方案。

Cold chain product quality control is a key issue in the cold chain logistics system. This paper starts from the definition of cold chain products and makes indicators of decomposition and system construction on the basis of summing up the characteristics of cold chain products while combined with quantitative methods, and quality control of cold chain products in PLM platform. This paper has a comprehensive analysis and discussion on the cold chain product quality control process and provides a complete treatment program combined with the basic flow of the product life cycle from the perspective of quality control problems in the process of cold chain product quality control.
