摘要
文中首先通过采用PEST方法分析宏观环境,发现我国第三方汽车物流发展前景广阔;其次,借鉴五力模型分析安吉物流的竞争环境,安吉物流所面临的竞争压力大,受到汽车生产企业的影响大;再次,分析安吉物流内部环境,发现安吉物流的竞争优势明显,具备向网络化的第三方汽车物流公司转变的实力;最后,参考第三方物流企业的发展经验,建议安吉物流向第三方汽车物流发展。
The paper firstly analyzes the macro - environmental factors by PEST analysis, and finds that the development of third - party automotive logistics in China is booming. Secondly, the five forces analysis of Anji Logistics' competitive intensity and suggests that the bargaining power of customers, i.e. large automobile manufacturing companies, is strong. Thirdly, the analysis of the internal factors finds that Anji logistics have significant competitive advantage to other automotive logistics, because of itscomplete logistics network. Finally, learning from successful third -party logistics company, we recommend that Anji logistics should become a third - party automotive Logistics network.
