摘要
"农超对接"是顺应城乡一体化发展趋势、以提升城市生鲜果蔬物流效率为目标的供应链运作模式。文中通过现场调查和深度访谈,选取湖北省十堰市新合作超市集团为研究对象,从冷链设施设备、物流信息管理和农超对接等角度对城市生鲜果蔬供应链的运作策略进行了个案研究。
With the trend on integrating development of urban and rural areas,＂ farmers docking supermarket＂ supply mode gives opportunities of improving the efficiency of fresh fruits and vegetables logistics. Through on - site surveys and depth interviews, a case study is conducted on the cold chain facilities, logistics information management and ＂ farmers docking supermarket＂ tactics with the help of ＂Xin - He - Zuo＂ supermarket - group, so that the fresh fruit and vegetable supply chain operations strategies are analyzed.
