基于外包下的连锁企业物流配送质量体系研究

连锁企业倾力于核心业务时候,可以考虑将物流配送等非核心业务实行外包。因为将物流配送外包给第三方物流企业,可以降低物流运营成本、提高物流配送水平、优化管理绩效,既可以使自身受益,也可以给第三方物流公司带来利润。而物流配送业务外包成功的关键在于物流商提供的物流配送能否达到相关质量要求。文中首先分析了外包下的连锁企业物流配送现状及问题,在此基础上提出了连锁企业物流配送质量体系的构建。

This article first analyzes the outsoureing chain enterprise logistics distribution under the present situation and problems, based on this, advances the quality chain enterprise logistics distribution system construction.
