摘要
组织战略转型作为企业谋求持续成长的一种重要战略行为,其实施过程具有复杂性、不确定性、风险性、约束性和一次性等典型项目特征。文中引入和拓展项目管理主流工具——挣值控制理论,在实证分析基础上构建挣值法与员工行为绩效贡献模糊评价相结合的企业转型战略绩效综合评价模型,以期为组织的转型战略绩效优化控制提供一类可资借鉴的方法。
Organizations strategic transformation is an important strategic behavior of an enterprise to seek sustainable growth, its implementation process has typical characteristics such as complexity, uncertainty, risks, constraints and disposable. This paper introduces and expand mainstream project management tool - Earned Value control theory, Earned value method and employees'performance contribution fuzzy evaluation combined business transformation and strategic performance evaluation model is constructed on the basis of the empirical analysis, to provide a reference for the organization's strategic performance optimization in transition control.
