介绍了港口机械大车行走机构及"三合一"减速驱动装置的应用情况。将故障树分析法应用于大车行走减速器的故障分析中,通过定性和定量分析,判断各故障发生概率和重要度情况,给出了主要故障的原因分析和解决方案。提出依据各自的故障结构模式,有针对性地制定维护策略的管理思路。最后结合实例论述了大车行走机构"三合一"减速器检修过程中存在的主要问题和检修工艺要点。
