摘要 运用CFD技术(Computational Fluid Dynamics)分析、解决汽车发动机舱散热问题已经成为一种有效的方法。介绍了目前国内、外运用CFD技术研究发动机舱热管理的发展现状;分析了应用CFD数值模拟对进出风口、格栅造型、导流板、护风罩等结构和舱内冷却模块布置进行的优化设计;指出了当前CFD研究中还存在的不足,展望了数值模拟仿真技术的发展前景。 Using the CFD technology (computational fluid dynamics ) to analyse and solve the vehicle engine cooling problems has already become an effective method. This paper, firstly,introduced the development of CFD technology in underhood thermal management at home and abroad, and then, analyzed optimization design method of some critical components which heavily influence engine -bay flow and temperature field, such as air intake and diffuser, grill model, deflector, fan shroud, as well as the arrangement of these crucial parts. Finally, pointed out deficiencies of CFD simulation, and forecasted the future development.
