四逆汤对甲状腺功能低下脾肾阳虚证动物模型的影响

Effect of Sini Decoction on Rat Models of Spleen and Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome With Hypothyroidism

目的:研究四逆汤对甲状腺功能低下脾肾阳虚证大鼠模型的影响。方法:40只大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、四逆汤组、甲状腺片组4组,每组10只。除正常组外,其余各组给予0.1%丙硫氧嘧啶溶液(PTU)灌胃造甲状腺功能低下脾肾阳虚大鼠模型,造模成功后,正常组给予生理盐水、模型组给予0.1%PTU、四逆汤组给予PTU和四逆汤制备液,甲状腺片组给予PTU和0.08%甲状腺片混悬液。观察大鼠生存状态,血清T3、T4、sTSH含量被检测。结果:与模型组比较,四逆汤组大鼠活动度增强,日饮水量增加,FT3含量上升,sTSH含量降低(P<0.05)。结论:四逆汤对甲状腺功能低下脾肾阳虚证大鼠模型具有明显治疗作用。

Objective：To observe the effect of Sini decoction on rat models of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome with hypothyroidism.Methods：40 rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,Sini decoction group and thyroid tablets group.Model rats were induced by administrating intragastrically PTU.Survival states of rats were observed,contents of T3（triiodothyronine）、T4（tetraiodothyronine）、sTSH（supersensitivity thyroid stimulating hormone）in serum of rats were detected.Results：Compared with model group,range of motion,intake of water and FT3 content of rats were enhanced,sTSH content was decreased in Sini decoction group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Sini decoction has therapeutic effect on rat models of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrom with hypothyroidism.
