Determination of Eugenol Content in Shugeng Capsules by HPLC

目的:建立HPLC法测定舒更胶囊中丁香酚含量的方法。方法:采用ODS C1(84.6 mm×200 mm,10μm)色谱柱,甲醇-水(60∶40)为流动相,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长215 nm。结果:丁香酚的进样量在0.770 3μg～1.797 5μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 8),平均加样回收率为98.99%(RSD=1.22%)。结论:本方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于舒更胶囊中丁香酚含量的测定。

Objective：To establish HPLC method for determination of eugenol content in Shugeng capsules.Method：The determination was performed on Hyper ODS C18column（4.6 mm×200 mm,10 μm）with methanol-H2O（60∶40）as mobile phase.Flow rate was at 1.0 mL/min and detecting wave length was at 215 nm.Results：The linear range of eugenol was at 0.770 3 μg～1.797 5 μg（r=0.999 8）.Average recovery rate was 98.99%（RSD=1.22%）.Conclusion：The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,and could be used for determination of eugenol content in Shugeng capsules.
