摘要
现有的网络性能评估方法往往针对"有线"传输网络,其算法复杂度较高、灵活性差。近年,通过卫星进行互联网接入的用户数量大幅增加,此种网络使用方便灵活,不受地域限制,但容易受突发错误以及天气影响。文章利用数学上的统计学,分析DVB-S2(The Second Generation of Digital Video Broadcasting-Satellite)信号所承载的IP网络,在掌握各个时段线路传输数据总量的基础上,给出线路的带宽利用率、丢包率,以及特定用户的各项参数,综合网络的性能参数指标,进而通过指标去判断网络的运行状况。实验表明,方法操作简单,复杂度低。
The existing approaches for network performance evaluation are often used for "wired" transmission networks, and their algorithms have high complexity and poor flexibility. In recent years, there are an increasing number of users accessing the Internet via satellite. This network is easy and flexible, free of geographical limitations, yet it is susceptible to burst errors, and easily affected by the weather. The paper analyses IP Network which is carried by the DVB-S2 signal, and provides the bandwidth utilization ratio, packet loss ratio, and the parameters of particular users based on the amount of transmission data acquired in all period of time, then the operating condition of network is concluded with the performance parameters of the network obtained now, these are all based on the Mathematical Statistics. Experiments show that this approach is simple and neat to operate.
