消瘀接骨散对家兔骨折愈合质量的影响

THE INFLUENCE OF “XIAOYU JIEGU SAN” ON HEALING QUALITY OF RABBIT FRACTURE

为验证消瘀接骨散促进骨折愈合的疗效 ,并探讨其作用机理 ,采用家兔 40只 ,制成双侧桡骨中、下 1 /3标准骨折模型 ,随机分为实验组和对照组 ,动物定期处死 ,标本做 X线摄片、抗折力测试和骨痂干重称重。结果表明实验组的桡骨标本抗折力和骨痂干重与对照组比较有显著差异 (P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 1 ) ,说明消瘀接骨散能明显提高骨折愈合质量。

First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui TCM College, Hefei 230031 [WT6BZ]Animal models of bilateral radial middle and lower third fracture were made in 40 rabbits and then divided into the experimental and the control groups as to verify the stimulative effect of “XIAOYU JIEGU SAN” (XJS, TCD Powders for Removing Blood Stasis and Promoting Fracture Healing) on fracture healing and to explore the action mechanism of XJS. The animals were killed at different time after operation; the specimens were observed by radiography; the bending strengths were measured; and the callus dry weights were weighted. The reslults showed that the experimental group had a significant difference from the control in the bending strtength and the callus dry weight of the radial specimen (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01), indicating that XJS could significantly improve the fracture healing quality.
