中老年人群肱—踝脉搏波传导速度与随诊间收缩压变异性的相关性研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析中老年人群随诊间收缩压变异性(SBPV)与肱—踝脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)的相关性。方法随机分层抽取唐山开滦(集团)有限责任公司在职及离退休职工中年龄≥40岁、既往无脑卒中、TIA、心肌梗死者史共4554例为调查对象,进行统一问卷调查、血液生化及动脉硬化监测,用多元线性回归分析随诊间SBPV与baPWV的相关性。结果 (1)SBPV≥9.67 mmHg组人群的年龄、收缩压、舒张压、FPG、TC、TG、LDL-C、Lghs-CRP、baPWV均大于SBPV<9.67 mmHg组;(2)多元线性回归分析显示,校正其他因素后,baPWV随SBPV的增加而升高,两者呈正相关(R^2=0.528,P<0.01),SBPV每增加1 mmHg,baPWV增加5.396 cm/s,男性、女性人群baPWV均与SBPV呈正相关(分别为R^2=0.468,R^2=0.607,P<0.05)。结论中老年人群baPWV与随诊间SBPV呈正相关。 Objective To study the correlation between the visit to visit blood pressure variability of systolic blood pressure (SBPV) and brachial ankle pulse wave velocity(baPWV) in middle aged population. Methods From June 2010 to October 2011, a total of 4554 eligible participants were enrolled and completed the survey including questionnaire, measure of blood biochemistry and brachial ankle pulse wave velocity. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the effect of the visit to visit blood pressure variability of systolic blood pressure on brachial ankle pulse wave velocity. Results ( 1 ) The age, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, total cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein, high sensitivity C reactive protein and brachial ankle pulse wave velocity were all higher in the group with SB- PV≥9.67 mmHg than those of group with SBPV 〈 9.67 mmHg. (2)Multiple linear regression analysis showed that baPWV was positively correlated with SBPV ( R 2 = 0. 528, P 〈 0.01 ), when SBPV increasing 1 mmHg the brachial ankle pulse wave velocity increasing 5. 396 cm/s after revising other factors, baPWV was positively correlated with SBPV in both male and female ( R^ 2 = 0. 468, R^ 2 = 0. 607, P 〈 0.05) . Conclusion BAPWV was positively correlated to SBPV in milddle aged population.
