PPARs多态性在代谢综合征及其组分中表达意义的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 过氧化物酶体(peroxisome)是体内一种亚细胞结构,其功能包括清除分子氧和氢过氧化物,并与糖脂、胆固醇、胆酸的合成及脂肪酸氢化有关。天然或人工合成的脂肪酸样化学物质可以刺激过氧化物酶体的增殖,成为过氧化物酶体增殖物(peroxisome proliferators,PP),Issemann等于1990年首先发现了能被脂肪酸样化合物PP激活的受体,而命名为PPARs。PPARs基因多态性可使PPARs与过氧化物酶体增殖物反应元件(peroxisomeproliferators response element,PPRE)的结合力改变,从而导致PPARs的转录激活活性改变,调糖、调脂等能力也改变。
