质粒DNA计算模型的研究

介绍了一种以非线性的闭环质粒为基础的DNA计算模型,被用于计算的质粒都有一个独特的DNA插入片断,所有的片断保持在相应的限制性内切位点,用剪切与粘贴操作完成DNA计算过程。目的是简化DNA计算过程及其模型。另外,还介绍了质粒DNA计算模型的基本思想和对应的数学描写,该模型的计算以及应用还需要以后继续研究。

A new method of DNA computing using circular plasmids was introduced. This plasmid used to compu- ting contains a special DNA inserted segments, each of which is bordered by the corresponding restriction enzyme sites. The whole DNA computing is completed by cut and paste. The purpose is to simplify process and its model. At the same time, the basic idea of the model and its mathematical in this paper, and further computations of this model are in progress. the DNA computing description are listed
