筛分作业是煤炭洗选加工过程中重要的环节,主要应用于矿井和选煤厂,可以对煤炭进行分级、脱泥脱水以及脱介处理。原煤的筛分效率直接影响动力煤、炼焦煤产品的质量,关系着动力煤、炼焦煤的销售情况,同时影响环境保护以及企业经济效益的提高。本文介绍了筛分的过程,从物料的性质、筛分设备的性能以及筛分设备的操作管理三个方面,分析了影响筛分过程的各种因素,同时提出了提高筛分效率的主要方法。在生产过程中,不同的筛分作业对产品的要求各不相同,要根据实际情况采取适当的措施,最大限度地提高筛分设备的处理能力。

Screening process in coal washing and processing is very important link, mainly used in coal mine and coal preparation plant, can be used for coal classification, desliming, dehydration and medium removal treat- ment. The screening efficiency of the raw coal directly affects the quality of steam coal and coking coal product, re- lates to the sales of them, affects environmental protection and economic efficiency of enterprises. This paper intro- duces the screening process, from three aspects including materials property, screen facility performance and screener operation analyzes various factors of affecting screen process. The main method for improving screen efficiency is pro- posed. In the production process the different screening operations on product requirements are not the same, accord- ing to the actual situation takes appropriate measures, furthest improves screening equipment processing capacity.
