摘要
随着市场经济竞争加剧,社会分工逐渐细化,企业要对不断变化的环境做出快速反应,必须建立核心竞争力,注重发挥自身的核心能力,借助于外部的资源优势互补,对一些非核心业务通过进行采购来满足不断增长的顾客需求,采购产品的质量会影响整机产品质量,也是产品质量保证的源头。因此,必须把好采购产品(外购外协件)入厂关,确保产品质量。本文以西山煤电(集团)公司2011年以来发生的几起井下矿用设备质量事故为例,分析了当前煤机制造企业对采购产品质量控制方面存在的弊病,指出企业应采取选择合适的供方、建立多部门参与相互制约、完善细化各项考核制度及工作流程等手段对采购产品、采购服务的过程质量进行管理和控制,并论述了其管理方法。
