浅谈煤机企业采购产品的质量管理与控制

Discussion on Quality Management and Control of Procurement Product in Coal Machinery Enterprises

随着市场经济竞争加剧,社会分工逐渐细化,企业要对不断变化的环境做出快速反应,必须建立核心竞争力,注重发挥自身的核心能力,借助于外部的资源优势互补,对一些非核心业务通过进行采购来满足不断增长的顾客需求,采购产品的质量会影响整机产品质量,也是产品质量保证的源头。因此,必须把好采购产品(外购外协件)入厂关,确保产品质量。本文以西山煤电(集团)公司2011年以来发生的几起井下矿用设备质量事故为例,分析了当前煤机制造企业对采购产品质量控制方面存在的弊病,指出企业应采取选择合适的供方、建立多部门参与相互制约、完善细化各项考核制度及工作流程等手段对采购产品、采购服务的过程质量进行管理和控制,并论述了其管理方法。

Based on Xishan coal and electricity （group） company since 2011, occurred several quality accident of underground mining equipment as an example, analyzed the existing problems of procurement products quality con- trol aspects currently in coal machinery manufacturing enterprises, points out that enterprises should be taken to select suitable supplier, establish multi - sectoral participation in mutual restricting, perfect and refine the appraisal system, working process and other means, to process quality of procurement products and procurement service carry out man- agement and control, and discusses its management methods
