临床药师对精神分裂症伴躯体疾病患者的药学监护

目的:通过参与精神障碍伴躯体疾病患者的诊疗,探讨开展患者教育和用药监护的方法。方法:临床药师对1例精神分裂症伴重症支气管哮喘疾病在住院期间治疗、用药进行全程监护,重点针对药物选择适宜性、药品不良反应以及心理状态,进行具体化药学服务和制定个体化监护计划。结果:向临床提出合理化用药建议,有针对性地进行患者教育,提高患者的依从性和治疗效果。结论:有针对性的患者教育是临床药师有效的工作模式。

Objective： through participation in mental disorder with somatic disease patient, discussion of patient education and drug monitoring method. Methods： the clinical data of 1 cases of schizophrenia with severe bronchial asthma disease during hospitalization, medication treatment full care, focusing on drug choice suitability, adverse drug reaction and mental state, specific pharmacy services and formulating individualized care plan. Results： the clinical rational drug use to put forward suggestions, targeted for patient education, improve patient compliance and therapeutic effect of. Conclusions： targeted patient education is the effective working model of clinical pharmacists.
