彩色多普勒对17例肾脏肿瘤的诊断

Diagnosis value of renal neoplasms with color Doppler ultrasound

目的:探讨彩色多普勒对肾脏肿瘤的诊断价值。方法:回顾分析经手术及病理诊断的17例肾脏肿瘤声像图和彩色血流。结果:17例肾脏肿瘤中,透明细胞肾癌9例,乳头状肾细胞癌1例,肾母细胞瘤2例,肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤3例,肾脂肪瘤1例,出血性肾囊肿1例。结论:彩色多普勒超声能显示各种肾脏肿瘤的声像图和血供特点,为早期临床诊断提供一定的价值。

Objective：To discuss the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of renal neoplasms. Methods：Retrospective analysis of 17 cases with renal neoplasms and the ultrasonographic features by color Doppler ultrasound. Results： In 17 cases, there were 9 cases of transparent cell renal carcinoma, 1 case of papillary renal cell carcinoma,2 cases of Wilms＇carcinoma, 3 cases of angiomyolipoma, 1 case of renal lipoma, and 1 case of hemorrhagic renal cyst. Conclusions： Color Doppler ultrasound displays gray scale characters and blood flow features of renal tumors and provides important practical value for early clinical diagnosis.
