术前物品准备不齐的原因及预防措施

The causes of the lack of preoperative goods preparation and its preventive measures

目的:探讨术前物品准备不齐的原因,提出预防及改进措施。方法:将2010年与2011年我院手术术前物品准备不齐的现象进行对比分析。结果:2011年度术前物品准备不齐有所改善。结论:通过全科护理人员共同努力,讨论原因,制定并落实相应的预防及改进措施,术前物品准备的完善率提高。

Objective：To investigate the causes of the lack of preoperative goods preparation,puts forward the prevention and the improvement measures. Methods：Analyzed the situation of the lack of preoperative goods preparation in the year 2010 and the year 2011 in our hospital. Results：The situation of the lack of preoperative goods preparation in the year 2011 were improved. Conclusion：Through the joint efforts of all the nursing staff in our department ,discussing the reasons, formulating and implementing the corresponding preventive and improvement measures, improved the perfect rate of preoperative goods preparation.
