烧伤创面四种外用药物的研究和临床效果比较

Comparison of the Effects of Four Topical Drugs in the Treatment of Burns

目的 :观察比较以下四种外用药物的疗效 ,选出较好的一种用药组合。方法 :我们近来分别采用康惠尔溃疡糊、粉 ;伏碘软膏 +溃疡糊或粉 ;伏碘软膏 ;磺胺嘧啶银冷霜 ,外用烧伤创面治疗 12 1例病人。并分析了上述几种外用药的治疗效果。结果 :提示伏碘软膏 +溃疡糊、粉组在创面抗感染 ,促进创面愈合及脱腐等方面有较好的效果。同时 ,它减轻了伏碘对创面的刺激性。另外 ,该种组合的应用也提出了一种全新的烧伤创面外用药应用方法。结论 :我们认为伏碘软膏与溃疡糊、粉的混合剂型是治疗Ⅱ度烧伤较好的外用药。

Objective:To compare the effects of four topical drugs in the treatment of burns. Methods:In this study,121 burned patients were treated with Comfeel Ulcer paste/powder,FIpaste(Polyvinylpyrrolidone iodine paste)+Ulcer paste/powder,FIpaste and 1% Silver Sulphadine (SD Ag) Cold Cream respcetively. The effects of the four different treatment were then compared with each other.Results: It was shown that FIpaste+Comfeel Ulcer paste/powder was the best in anti infection,promoting wound recovery and discharging rotten tissues.It could also reduce the irritation caused by FI. Conclusion:We can conclude that the mixture of FIpaste and Comfeel Ulcer paste/powder is better in the treatment of burns.
