A Survey and Analysis of the Current Party Member Cadres' Theoretical Attainment in Marxism

当前党员干部的马克思主义理论素养是比较高的,但也存在一些问题,主要是一部分党员干部不加强马克思主义理论的学习,对中国特色社会主义缺乏信心,在大是大非问题上认识模糊、态度摇摆;有的党员干部作风不正,宗旨意识淡薄,事业心和责任感不强,贪图安逸、奢侈浪费,庸懒散现象突出,对群众利益漠不关心,对群众疾苦麻木不仁,不敢碰矛盾,不去着力解决问题,形式主义、官僚主义严重等。针对这些问题,必须以中国特色社会主义理论体系武装头脑,坚定不移走中国特色社会主义道路,坚定马克思主义理想信念,创新思想政治教育机制。

At present, most of the Party member cadres have a high theoretical attainment in Marxism, but there are also some problems. For example, some cadres do not strengthen the learning of Marxism, lack of confidence in socialism with Chinese characteristics, and have obscure cognition and adamant attitude toward some major is- sues of principle. Some have lost the good working style, the awareness of the Party＇ s tenet, ambition and sense of responsibility. Some hanker for an easy, comfortable, and extravagant life. Some do not care the people＇ s inter- ests,being callous to the people＇ s suffering. Some dare not to face corrtradictions and not to solve problems. Some are deeply affected by formalism and bureaucratism. To solve these problems,we must arm our mind with the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, unswervingly follow the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics, firm our ideal and belief in Marxism, and innovate in the ideological and political educa- tion mechanism.
