当前省直纪检监察派驻机构存在"双派驻""单派驻""不派驻"等5种形式,无论在体制机制、监督主客体认知和干部使用交流等方面存在诸多偏差或误区,从工资关系统筹管理、成立省直纪工委监察分局、建立健全有效监督机制和强化干部交流使用力度等方面着手,是深化和优化对派驻机构的改革和监督的有效途径。

There are five forms in current Provincial discipline inspection and supervision accredited agency which are ＂double stationed＂ ,＂ Single stationed＂ ,＂ not deploying＂, etc. No matter how many deviations or errors existing on the system mechanism, the recognition of supervising subject and object, and cadres using and communicating, the effective ways to deepen and optimize the reform and supervision of the accredited agency are coordinatively managing the wage relationship, establishing provincial disciplinary committee supervising substations, establishing the sound and effective supervision mechanism and strengthening cadres using and communicating.
