摘要
目的 :探讨肢体延长中张应力对深筋膜显微结构的影响。方法 :建立兔胫骨延长模型 ,取材后进行组化染色 ,观察显微结构变化 ,并进行图象分析和统计学处理。结果 :正常深筋膜在横切面上为三层结构 ,纵切面上呈波浪形排列。延长后 ,各组基本保持了此特点 ,2mm /d的深筋膜胶原纤维有破坏和增生修复 ,厚度变薄 (P <0 .0 1) ;1mm /d者 ,10 %延长率变化不明显 ,厚度无差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,2 0 %延长率有增生 ,厚度增加 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :不同速度及延长率对深筋膜显微结构均有影响 ,2mm /d的速度可致结构破坏。
Objective: To investigate the histochemical changes of deep fascia of leg in response to the Tension-Stress Principle during limb lengthening.Methods:Tibia lengthening animal model was established in rabbits.The deep fascia samples were studied by histochemistry staining.Image analysis and statistic analysis were applied.Results:In the cross sections,the normal deep fascia was consisting of three layers.While in the longitude sections,it was consisting of wavy collagenous fibers.After limb lengthening,the fascias of each group kept the normal three layers in the cross sections.The fascias of each group kept the normal three layers in the cross sections.The fascias distracted at a rate of 2mm/day showed injuries of collagenous fibrers and regeneration to repair the injuries.And the thickness of the fascias was thinner than the normal one ( P <0.01).While the changes of fascias distracted at a rate of 1mm/day were not so dramatic,especially the lengthening rate of 10%.The thickness of fascias was thicker.The difference was not statistically significant( P >0.05)under the lengthening rate of 10%.Conclusions:The distracting rate and frequency both affect the structure of fascia.The rate of 2mm/d leads to injuries of structure of fascia.
