摘要
目的 比较学习障碍儿童与一般儿童、优秀儿童间生活质量的差异 ,为学习障碍儿童的干预研究提供依据。方法 整群随机抽取武汉市 5所小学的 14 86名学生 ,用学习障碍筛查量表 (PRS)共筛查出学习障碍儿童 14 6名 ,对其中 30名学习障碍儿童及对照组一般儿童、优秀儿童各 30名进行儿童少年生活质量量表的评定。结果 3组儿童间在学习能力与态度、自我意识、同伴关系及师生关系等社会心理方面的维度及生活质量总分的差异有显著意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,均分上表现出学习障碍组 <一般组 <优秀组。结论 学习障碍儿童生活质量的主要问题在于他们的社会心理状况 ,对学习障碍儿童进行心理辅导和社会技能训练 ,将有助于提高他们的生活质量。
Objective The quality of life(QOL) of children with learning disabilities(LD),average achievement(AA) and high achievement(HA) was compared,to provide the basis of treatment for children with learning disabilities.Methords using the Children and Adolescents Quality of Life Scale to compare the quality of life of these groups.Results The facets about social and psychological domains of these three groups were significantly different(P<0.05),such as learning abilities and attitude,self concept,peer relationship,and student and teachers relationship.Their average scores of these facets showed the tendency that the LD's<the AA's<the HA's.Conclusion The results suggested that the main problem of the QOL of children with learning disabilities was the station of their social and psychological health and we could assist them to improve their QOL by psychological counseling and social skill training.
