当前美国经济的问题主要是就业和减轻公共债务负担,也就是促进经济增长和去杠杆化的问题。这两者之间具有一定的矛盾性。但美国的主要矛盾还是如何解决有效需求不足、实现经济增长。欧洲不像美国是自由主义、依靠个人的社会,它总体上是福利社会,所以它不用经由私人债务危机到政府债务危机的转换,而直接表现为政府主权债务危机。在美欧日债务危机重重的国际经济环境下,在相当长时间内,中国将继续面对外需疲软的形势,但也获得了一个加速经济调整的机会。

The main problem of United States economic is the employment and reducing the burden of public debt which is the problem of promoting economic development and deleveraging which contradictoriness exists between them. But the principal contradiction in the United States is how to solve the lack of effective demand and promote economic growth. Europe, in general, is a welfare society, unlike the United States as a liberal society which relied on an individual, so it do not need to convert to the government debt crisis through a private debt crisis, while shows the direct expression of the government＇s sovereign debt crisis. On the international economic environment background of the debt crisis of United States and Europe, for quite a long time, China will continue to be faced with the situation of weak external demand as well as get an opportunity to accelerate economic adjustment.
