On the Optimization of Regulations on Filing Range of Agency Documents and Their Retention Period

论文通过分析我国现行2006版本档案保管期限表在实践应用过程中出现的种种不足,对比中外档案保管期限表的差异所在,探讨我国档案保管期限表的编制修订发展方向,提出了完善我国目前档案保管期限表的思考和建议。

Through analyzing the various deficiencies of our current 2006 version Records Retention Schedule showed in the practical application process,this paper has compared the differences between Chinese and foreign Records Retention Schedule,discussed the development direction of formation revision of our Records Retention Schedule,and proposed several thoughts and suggestions for the improvement of our current Records Retention Schedule.
