摘要
2011年4月8日凌晨3时许,兰州—临洮高速公路新七道梁隧道上行线一紧急停车带处两辆罐车追尾着火,造成隧道上行线土建部分及交通工程严重损毁。通过对该段落衬砌结构损伤程度的检测、评估,对不同损伤程度的衬砌结构、路面及电缆槽等分别提出了不同的恢复设计方案。对新七道梁隧道4.8灾害损毁结构恢复设计方案进行探讨,旨在对新建隧道相关设计有所思考,避免类似灾害的发生,同时能够为同类工程提供一定的借鉴和参考。
At 3 a.m. on April 8,2011, two tankers collided and ignited at the emergency parking strip of the up-line in the New Qidaoliang Tunnel on the Lanzhou-Lintao highway, which caused serious damage. Based on the field survey and assessment of the damaged lining structure, this paper proposes various remedial design schemes for the struetures, pavement, and cable gallery. Based on the study and discussion of the remedial design schemes for the damaged tunnel structure after the "4.8 fire accident",this paper presents some new concepts regarding the design of newlybuilt tunnels in order to avoid the occurrence of similar disasters and provides a reference for similar projects.
