Research on Improving the Framework of Teaching-research Organizationswith the Concept of Professional Service

摘要 中国基础教育内涵发展的现实需要决定了专业教研组织的存在价值。以"控制"为核心理念的教研组织已经不适应教育发展的现实要求,教研组织和教研员需要将"控制"理念转变为"服务"理念,弱化"教学管理"职能,凸显"教学研究"职能,按照教学实际发展需要,以研制系列化教育服务产品为目的,树立自身专业权威,拓展生存空间。教研组织应以"服务"理念创新教研体制,改造教研组织架构,通过建设"专业服务团队"、按学段划分研究重点和主攻方向、强化教研队伍专业性等方式,不断完善教研体制。 The situation of intensive development of basic education in China determines the existing value of the professional teaching-research organizations. The core concept of "controlling" in teaching-research organizations could not adapt to the needs of educational development. Teaching-research organizations and their staff need to transfer the concept of "controlling" into "serving", reduce the function of "teaching management", highlight the function of "teaching-research" , and learn to develop series of educational service products based on the actual needs of teaching development, so that their professionalism and living space could be gained and even be promoted. Teaching-research organizations should innovate their research system and transform organizational structure. Through developing "professional service team", dividing researching key points and directions by different school stages, strengthening researching team's professionalism, etc., the teaching-research mechanism can be gradually improved.
